Review titled Do not use this Pharmacy
Rated 1 star out of 5

The norm at this pharmacy is for them to ask if you want them to reorder your repeat. Following a month or so gap using retained medicine I popped in New Year to collect requested repeat, only to find they never followed through leaving me out of my daily medicines for several days. In the past they've robbed others prescriptions to fulfil mine. This was the final straw for me so have gone elsewhere. I need to ask why this Pharmacy hasn't been audited to date?

Review titled Unpredictable opening hours, frequent mistakes
Rated 2 stars out of 5

I've been using the pharmacy for several years. The opening hours seem to change weekly, presumably because of staffing issues. I am rarely able to collect my prescription (usually 4 items) in 1 visit (an hour round trip plus 10-15 minute wait in store). Even if i wait a week after requesting them, usually it takes 2 or 3 trips to get everything and, as a result I often am unmedicated and need to miss work. Yesterday, for example, I was expecting 3 items and was initially was given one, so queried it and after another wait received a second (a partial order left over from last time) but the third has apparently gone missing (a controlled drug). My gp confirmed that the request was sent, the pharmacy denied this. Pharmacy told me to check with Gp and call back, having done this I have tried many times to call and not been able to get through. Gp has given me a code with the request details. Do I risk another visit? Staff are always pleasant enough but there appears to be a shortage of them and high turnover. It's another thing that adds significant burden and cost to trying to work with chronic health conditions.

Review titled Poor

Website says they open at 7am, arrived at 7:50am, receptionist turned up at 08:01, and told me they are usually late. Eventually opened at 08:15, with no apology, and slow sulky service. Behind the counter was a mess, parcel tape holding signs up on the wall. Christmas opening hours still on display. Then left me waiting even longer while they made a cup of tea! Shocking service
