    Incredibly rude & unprofessional behaviour from the staff in this Pharmacy. They are completely incompetent when handling prescriptions. You will be met with numerous mistakes and errors when it comes to actually receiving your prescriptions. When challenged on this the pharmacists here are rude and abusive towards customers in return. Zero people skills & Zero customer service Avoid at all costs!

    Attentive kind and compassionate staff, who go out of their way to meet the ever growing needs of their customers. Efforts are made to reduce waiting times, and personally the service they provide to me has been exceptional and entirely adapted to meet my complex needs. All staff work hard and are polite. The opening times they offer reflect their dedication. Nothing is too much trouble.

    Over the last 2 years the service at this pharmacy has gone badly down hill. They either haven't put my repeat into my GP or haven't ordered my medication and they either blame my GP or say they are short staffed when there is usually about 6 staff in the back so clearly they must have too many staff so nobody knows what the others are doing The staff are all very nice but that doesn't get my medication of which I have alot to me on time.

    I’ve used this practise personally and within my company for a few years now and I have been disappointed pretty much every time. They seem to have to many chefs spoiling the soup to many staff members looking confused and dis-organised and lacking communication, they never accept fault and are always blaming the GPs. They seem to never have the correct medication even after a week of receiving prescriptions. It does appear that if your a well known customer and your face fits then they will do anything for you and if it doesn’t then they don’t really care. The shop it’s self could do with some attention a good clean and the shelves to be stocked appropriately. They should always invite patients to use the consultation room for private conversations instead of using it as a cafeteria. It does appear that they take on to many clients and then become overwhelmed with the demand and then can not cope and allow the issues to expand. I will not use this service again I have given them opportunity after opportunity but they just never seem to understand. Not very supportive or accommodating and they most certainly lack empathy and respect.

    Pharmacist say they can do a lot of things but not do it, he said he’d have my already 4 days late medication I ring 11 times at the little town practise that somehow is so busy apparently? Anyhow no medication
