All the staff here are very helpful and professional they are very knowledgeable they offer the flu vaccination and they personally delivered my medication to my home due to the fact that I had a fall at home and could not collect it they offer advice on different over the counter medication they have also done my blood pressure. I highly recommend this pharmacy they are so friendly

I was encouraged to have my blood pressure taken at the Mall Pharmacy. I'm so glad I did. It turned out my blood pressure was high. Because of them sending the report to my GP, I was able to get an appointment to have an NHS health check. Staff in The Mall Pharmacy are so friendly and courteous. Thank upu all dough for all your help and advice. Would definitely recommend to anyone may need this service.

The staff at this pharmacy are amazing. It is a small pharmacy but they are really warm and welcoming. I have been using them for a few years particularly for flu vaccine. I have a needle phobia and they really take the time to talk to you and calm you down and help prepare for the jab. I won't go anywhere else now. If you are walking by they will always wave and say hi to their customers. Its the little things like this that make a big difference.

Dear Patient Thank you so much for your feedback. Our team has a huge amount of experience having administered thousands of flu as well as Covid Vaccination. We recognise that many people have fears and apprehension about needles/injections but we have skills and experience to ensure that any past bad experiences are forgotten after your experiences at this pharmacy. We take it as a challenge to ensure that everyone who has vaccinations here go away smiling and thinking "why was I worried?".
