After trying so many local pharmacies, I found that this pharmacy has the items I needed. I collected my prescription straight away. I did not have to wait long.

Whilst I waited for my medication that had been ordered in the day before. The lady pharmacy was shouting at 2 members staff using disgusting language about a mistake that had been made. Then when the guy serving me asked the same lady about my medication, it had not been ordered and she complained about how expensive the medication was. This was all in front of a queue of people. Very embarrassing and very rude.

Arrived just before closing and the staff still did not turn us away. They were efficient, friendly and very understanding! We were prescribed antibiotics and this allowed my daughter to hopefully have a comfortable night, without the stress of trying to get a morning appointment. Thank you so very much!! Would definitely recommend!!

So, after my surgery, Houghton close Ampthill, had let me down and messed up the appointment the staff here were so very helpful and see my daughter at last minute gave antibiotics went above and beyond with care and helpfulness very kind staff and receptionist at Doctors and chemist, highly recommend would just like to thank them all

This used to be great pharmacy. I know they are incredibly busy and attrition seems extremely high. But it has really gone down hill lately. Missing items from prescription, lengthy delays for repeat scripts. Even antibiotics I was prescribed I couldn’t get the same day. The staff are nice d, different ones again the last week but it just seems so unorganised these day. And it’s not just this week it’s been a couple of months
