Rude and unhelpful staff, yet act like they're doing you a favour! Very slow to serve you and always keep you waiting whilst they stand around chatting. One particularly difficult woman needs to write everything down before she can do anything!

The counter staff here are terrible. Rude and unhelpful with bad attitudes.. One lady in particular should not be working in a customer facing role. Commenting on how she can't wait that she is going home soon. Very unprofessional.

They never answer the phone, called 112 time within 40 mins other wk , not engaged just ringing , pharmacist refused to deliver my meds as should be in a fridge , yet didn't have problem all the times before , even said doctors said can be out of fridge fir up to 6 hrs , it's a joke .
