Nothing is ever too much trouble. Staff go out of their way to help you. Problems resolved without any fuss. Friendly service easy to keep in touch to check progress of items. Great communication. Can’t thank you all enough for your genuine care.

I use Brent pharmacy on a regular basis. Everyone is always very polite and courteous. The pharmacist is great and always ready to give advice if needed. It's a good pharmacy which I would recommend to anyone.

Brent Pharmacy and consultation provides an excellent service. The staff are very friendly , welcoming and they give customers a highly satisfactory service.

I called the pharmacy just in case I had a wasted trip….... Amazing. Had been after an item which was out of stock elsewhere and the pharmacist I spoke with was friendly, prompt and helpful, super telephone manner, item in stock….. easy service.

I have been to this pharmacy a good few times over the last 8 years as we live local. The staff are all very professional, helpful and friendly. Their opening times are good for picking up after work and have been good with advice with children’s coughs, rashes etc. I spoke to one of the male pharmacists this week to clarify instructions for a medication I was prescribed and I had a question about something I read in the leaflet. He was very helpful and clarified the dosage for me and about my concern within the leaflet. I would thoroughly recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Cannot praise this pharmacy & its staff any more highly - they are excellent. Always helpful and efficient, nothing is too much effort. When there have been issues with medication they always react quickly and give confidence & reassurance that will be sorted. Communication is excellent. Friendly staff (from those face to face on site to those that are delivering the medication too).

Have been having troubles with my sons prescription for cmpa milk powder which is hard to get ahold of and the Brent pharmacy has been amazing with supplying it for us. They are great help, give great advice and And a real great and friendly bunch of people. Will definitely be recommending them to other people.
