   Ever since this pharmacy has been opened under a new name/brand Thames Pharmacy, the customer service has gone downhill. Today, when I went to collect a medicine owed to me from last week, I was told they have to order it and need to return next week. The waiting time is also getting worse. For a single medication, it can easily take 30 to 40 minutes.
