    My husband has his medication from Tesco pharmacy. They are very helpful. They have phoned him several times to check how he is managing, and checking for side effects. Even when today he rang them 4 times as his doctors surgery had not sent his prescription they were very calm and made him feel like it wasn't any trouble Thank you Tesco oharmacy

    The NHS may be creaking under the weight of our demands and prescriptions take longer to be processed than they used to wherever you take them but I always find the Tesco pharmacy staff to be helpful, polite and sympathetic despite their workload. Thank you for your help.

    I was sent to the pharmacy after visiting the hospital. An X-ray had been clear so I was sent to get medication for an infection. The pharmacist picked up immediately that the nail wasn’t infected because of the time factor/ symptoms. This saved me a lot of money and prompted the doctor to test it, showing the pharmacist was correct. Great service and advice.

    One particular member of staff is very rude and abrupt. They have been unable to get my medication for a couple of months, even though other pharmacies are able to provide it. I use them for my prescriptions due to their location but I am now prepared to drive further to get my medication and not feel like I'm being a hindrance. Some customer service skills wouldn't go amiss!

    Went to pick up urgent same day prescription at 7.30pm. Got told sorry, we can't dispense today as the pharmacist is in the toilet and takes ages in there, and I'm closing up in a few minutes (despite 30 mins til closing time). Told to come back tomorrow, which is no.use whatsoever. Terrible service, always excuses. What's the point of a late pharmacy that closes early and can't help because the staff take half hour to go to the toilet?

    Dr sent prescription through Friday morning, due to work I couldn’t pick up until Saturday afternoon. On arriving told it wasn’t done and wouldn’t be until Monday and anyway just because a dr sends it through doesn’t mean I’m going to get it as it takes 3-5 working days to do. I said so should I get the Dr to give me the prescription then as then I could come and get it right away and was told it’s take an hour even if they had it in stock. This is probably easily the 5-6th time a similar thing has happened and it has also happened several times to my daughters. Totally unreliable and the staff get very defensive if you try to ask questions even when you reassure them you are not getting across with them you just want to know what is best to get the prescription fulfilled.

    Went to the pharmacy today waited for someone to help and unfortunately the pharmacy did definitively not want to be on counter duty . Was quite rude in her questioning on the things I required . Definitely not helpful at all . Will not be returning .

    Vicious behaviour by a pharmacist I was disgusted never again.A person whom being professional kind means nothing the worst service in Huddersfield.

    they didn't have all items on the prescription and the other item was due in a couple of days. As the pain had become unbearable asked if they could release the item that they didn't have in stock so I could get it else where. After a bit of to and fro they made it clear they wouldn't do that as they won't get paid for the item they had already dispensed, which had been paid for. Definitely Profit over Pain. Would only use this pharmacy as a last resort. Staff were unhelpful and rude.

    No issues with the staff however I have been informed that I am no longer allowed to phone through my repeat prescriptions which are then sent to my surgery electronically. I have been able to do this for years. Apparently new management have stopped this. Now extremely inconvenient as I will have to go to the pharmacy & place my request then return another day to collect. I use to receive a text message informing me that my prescription was ready to collect. Will probably transfer to another local pharmacy. Tesco pharmacy will likely loose customers (maybe that’s what they want as always long queues at the pharmacy!). Tesco management if you read this please go back to the old system of accepting prescription requests over the phone!
