   I would like to share my disappointment regarding an experience I had at the Tesco pharmacy on April 19th at 8:00 am I visited the pharmacy with a valid doctor's prescription, expecting it to be filled. Despite the presence of two employees, I was informed that there was no one available who could process my prescription. This situation is completely unacceptable, especially during business hours when the pharmacy should be fully operational. I am deeply concerned that Tesco employs staff in the pharmacy who are apparently not qualified to handle prescriptions. This not only causes significant inconvenience but also raises serious concerns about the quality of service and the level of care provided to customers who rely on timely access to essential medication.
