Arguably the single most obnoxious pharmacist I have yet to encounter. Rude, impatient and (in my honest view) seemed to deliberately exagerrate the foreign accent so that I could not understand a word. I left a prescription with them, the lady wrote my phone number down on the prescription itself and then told me it would take a few days. After approximately one week I phoned to see where my prescription was and was curtly told 'You've already been told it's here.' I had not been told. I had received no text from the pharmacy, nor had any attempt to contact me been made. This pharmacist again reiterated that they had notified me my medication was in, they genuinely and truthfully had done no such thing. The insufferable rudeness of the staff at Folkestone's Tesco pharmacy has ensured that never ever again will I take a prescription to this place all the while these people are in situ.

Despite having a poster up stating they can help with my exact condition I was immediately dismissed and told to go to the walk in centre several miles away. If I hadn’t been queuing for approximately 45 minutes before being somewhat rudely told this, it wouldn’t have been quite so frustrating.

Stood waiting well over an hour after initially being told would be 10-15 minutes wait. Both members of staff were miserable and rude. No customers service skills. No apology for the long delay. Very abrupt with customers. I appreciate that they may have been overwhelmed with their job role but no excuse for poor customer service.

I recently changed my prescription collection to Tesco Pharmacy and find them much more efficient than my previous pharmacy. I get a text message to tell me when my script is ready and then I can collect it along with any shopping I may need. There is one lady whom I always try to deal with for anything else such as advice or recommendations. She is extremely knowledgeable, articulate, friendly and helpful. In the last few months she has advised me on treatment for at least four ailments which have resulted in me self treating rather than needing to waste the GPs time. Keep up the amazing work

always have to wait ages to be served never answer phone or answer and put straight down bad enough closes for 1 hour lunch but went there today to find closed for 2 hour lunch absolutely appalling service

I was deeply concerned about my 7 year old son who was very unwell and he was seen by a pharmacist on the Saturday evening he was very thorough asked the right questions and checked him over and he referred us to the Corby walk in centre as a matter of urgency. He was diagnosed with tonsilitis and prescribed antibiotics. I was very impressed with the service

I needed to get an antibiotic prescription and searched all over Northampton and was asked to check at this pharmacy in Wellingborough. They had it with them and have been a life saver! Excellent Service! Highly recommended!
