   Referred through 111 for an emergency prescriprion. Person I spoke to in the pharmacy was rude, didnt listen when i explained my situation, wrote my medication details incorrectly, and walked off before i could correct it. The medication 'apparently' wasn't available, was told the 111 referral would be sent to another pharmacy - when i went there, they hadn't received it. Shocking service at Tesco. Their pharmacy staff need a lesson on communication.
