  1. Review titled Does not answer the phone.

Rated 2 stars out of 5

Having tried more than ten times to call the pharmacy, I had to give up and make an (unnecessary) trip to the supermarket store. When I got to the pharmacy counter to check on my prescription status, it could not be located in the first instance. Five minutes later, I was told that the prescription had been received from my GP three days earlier and that stock of my medication was not available from the pharmacy's supplier. Having known this information, I believe the pharmacist should have contacted me much sooner to advise on the supply problem, and direct me to an alternative pharmacy. Instead, the pharmacist did nothing until I visited in-person, left me waiting for medication which the pharmacist knew they were not receiving any time soon, and did not answer any of my multiple phone call attempts. Overall the services has been very unhelpful and disorganised.

  2. Review titled Very Hard Working Staff

Rated 5 stars out of 5

We changed to Tesco as our more local pharmacy has been unable to cope. We are glad we did. The staff are very kind and helpful, and as expected sometimes very busy. But they always work very hard to accommodate so many patients. They care enough to look out for patients health too, and remember previous purchases despite serving hundreds of people every day, and this makes their advice and guidance top notch. I can't stress enough how much work they do. Very impressed, it's no hardship to wait a short time for them, as they care from when they open to close.
