I’ve been using this pharmacy for a few years now, because it is closest to my home. The service has been declining, individual who work there not only have a poor attitude to care but also little regard for data privacy, asking me to write my prepayment prescription number down on a paired paper along with my name and date of birth not know what will happen to that paper. I’ve been to bigger pharmacies and they have never asked me to do this. There is no concept of the fact that they work in the healthcare industry and that people will attend with sensitive conditions that shouldn’t be spoken about loudly where others can hear. Receiving text messages saying eh medication is ready when I arrive to collect, the medication still needs to be signed off by the pharmacist. Their phone don’t work, and when I mentioned this to the workers there, he shrugged his shoulders as though to say, what shall I do about. Inkynuse this pharmacy or you’re desperate.
