   I went to buy sterile surgical dressing for my abdominal wound. I was told that the pharmacist had a emergency and that the assistant cannot sell dressing without the pharmacist permission. I do not understand how is this possible where the dressing doesn’t even contains any medicine. It’s just ridiculous because other pharmacies has all dressings displayed and you just buy it without being asked anything (even online you can buy it). When I called to ask if the pharmacist was back and the reasons why I cannot get it over the counter - she raised her voice and was very rude saying this is a legal requirement and then she put the phone down on me. Extremely rude assistant and my question was why was she there if she cannot sell anything without the pharmacist permission?
