    To preface this, I am clinically vulnerable with a lung complaint. Due to Covid my GP prescribed antibiotics and steroids which needed to commence immediately to support my lung function. My son went to collect the medication and was told the prescription would not be ready for 3 weeks. He telephoned me and I spoke to the assistant to explain the situation. I was told it would be 7-10 days. The assistant was rude and combative when I pointed out the urgency of the her but said she would check if they had it in stock. When she came back after a moment, she told my son they didn't, refused to speak to me further and told my son to leave or she would call security. It was a horrible experience for both me and my son, and he had to drive to another town to have the prescription filled with no further difficulty.

    Was given a prescription from a Doctor at a Hospital and the designated pharmacy was Tescos at Broadbridge Health, have since found out they do not have the product I need for a 11 month old baby. Problem is I cannot get it get unlocked and get the medical equipment from another place unless they send it back on the systems unavailable. Have tried to contact them 30 times over the phone and they hang up everytime without answering. Awful practice from the staff. Don't not recommend this Pharmacy and they should be investigated by NHS. As a result I have had to go back in person for a third time and request them to send it so it will then allow me to go to Boots and get everything I need.

    There is general air of could not care less about the service at the best of times. Repeatedly they fail to provide all the medication on the prescription. They send out texts saying the prescription is ready when it is not. On two occasions I have been shouted at as I was walking away. It is very little comfort to know that I am not alone in this. The notice in the window says they will not tolerate abuse. That I feel should work both ways.

    I have had a couple of prescriptions for everyday items and they never have stock and neither does their supplier. It is unacceptable to wait over 2 weeks. I have now changed to another local pharmacy who are able to complete prescriptions within days.

    Told prescription ready last Saturday, drive to Tescos store in Horsham from Billingshurst to collect. Get there, all staff are off?? Note on screen saying nearest chemists are Sainsbury's and Boots in Horsham. Drive to Sainsburys, they can't give my tablets because Tesco have the prescription! She contacting ringing 111 for emergency prescription. I did and got prescription finally from Boots after a bit of a wait but very helpful staff. I'm 63 and can use a mobile/internet if not I'd of been stuck without tablets I need. There should always be someone surely on a pharmacy even if usual staff are sick, can't they have some sort of backup staff member available in such cases!!

    This pharmacy has just got worse and worse, it used to be you would go their they would either have your prescription ready or they would make it up and u would wait around 15 mins. Now huge queues, taking over a week from when they receive the prescription until when they text you. If you go there before your text it’s like your annoying them and you are just told to basically go away. I’m leaving now, as this place is going to cause major health issues to it’s customers who can’t get there medication. It’s actually scary. They need to be shut down this should not be allowed.

    I have been very happy with this pharmacy about a year ago, but now they are a disaster. Is there anyone to get any responsibility for all that bad reviews on their website? It is taking ages to get the repeat prescription done and when I ve complained to the person who served me, saying that I will move to an online pharmacy all he said it was "OK". If they don't have enough staff why don't they employ some more people? Everyone serving there they look very bored and they do not care at all. They never answer the phone and as petrol became so expensive just to go there and find out that my prescription who arrived 4 days ago is not ready just drives me crazy and this has happened almost every month for the past year. Hopefully there is someone out there to take action! Thank you!
