   The service is extremely slow, it looks as if the staff are purposely being slow. The customer service is very bad, the staff are rude. The signs are incorrect and when asking to confirm wit times I was met with a look of contempt. The plastic screens are still up and the staff cannot hear, but instead of politely asking you to repeat they are rude with language, tone and facial expression. As someone who works in the NHS I know this to be counter to our values, and I frankly disgusted that they wear a NHS lanyard.
