    After chasing our repeat prescriptions for a week and finally having them sent to a Tesco pharmacy as they do longer opening hours over the weekend, and attending the Tesco pharmacy 3 times to pick up the prescriptions (there being no pharmacist on one of these occasions), I do not appreciate the note ' To ensure your prescription is ready on time please order your prescriptions 7 days in advance. This allows the pharmacy staff sufficient time to get your prescriptions ready in a safe and timely manner ' (only if you actually have a pharmacist there in the first place) and I did order the prescriptions on the monday previous as suggested by the Drs and Pharmacy staff. The complete lack of service and incompetency between you all should not result in me chasing around Chesterfield for a week trying to get our repeat prescriptions and then having such a condescending note attached when we do eventually manage to get them a week later. I think an apology at least is in order and your pharmacist needs to resist the temptation to attach these notes when they havn't even been there in the first place to dispense !!

    Prescription for anti bionics sent in the evening of 8th November. Went to collect nearly 4pm the next day to be told it isn't ready and up to 30 minutes wait. No explanation plenty of time to get ready prior to collection. Quite obvious not a repeat prescription but a prescription that is needed. Poor customer service provided

    I had a private flu jab booked which I had email confirmation of. When I arrived I was told that the pharmacist was not in & I should have been notified not to come, which I hadn’t been. I was also told they were no longer booking appointment & to just come again next week! I had taken time off work & travelled especially for this so I could have it before travelling abroad.

    Totally disgusted that the person who administered the jab did not clean the area of skin prior to the injection. It is best practice to clean prior to injecting to reduce the risk of contamination from the skin flora. Never have I experienced a healthcare professional with such basic low standards.

    The staff were very rude to me and assumed that I prescriptions I was collecting was just a normal monthly repeat rather then what it actually was which was collecting an prescription that my doctor had told me to get ASAP. I had already left it there a day and a half and they wanted me to come back tomorrow but as a disabled person this wasn't possible so I asked then if it was possible for me to wait and to be done straight away. It was only one item. They were all stressed because they had lost a man's prescription, but that isn't my fault and didn't appreciate the way I was spoken to about ordering my monthly prescriptions earlier

    They inform you that your prescription is ready to collect, but every time there are missing items due to lack of stock. Why can't they inform you of this as most times I have enough of what they do have to be able to wait until they restock the missing items. I've waisted so much time and petrol having to make so many unesesary journeys

    I asked politely if my prescription was ready as it had been sent electronically the day before and the pharmacist looked at me and said "I'd get them done faster if you stopped talking, wait for a text." I am disgusted. They may be busy, he may be stressed but that is not necessary. Awful person obviously.

    Wanted to speak to the pharmacist the person serving asked what it was about to which I replied I'd just like to talk to the pharmacist please she then said I had to tell her first. This has never happened before when I have requested to speak to the pharmacist they usually just get them. I know they are trained to answer some questions but if a customer requests to speak to the actual pharmacist surely we shouldn't be questioned if we choose not to be . As I said this is the first time it has happened I don't know if the person serving was new as I haven't come across her before and I do use the pharmacy quite regularly and I've never had a problem with the staff they are all very friendly and helpful. I will just add that the person who served me was not rude just adamant I couldn't speak to the pharmacist until I'd told her first Thanking you in anticipation. Jacqueline Grimley

    I have Tesco. Huddersfield Road, Oldham as my nominated pharmacy and for the last 3 times my prescription has been sent them by my GP for my 3 inhalers they never have them in, they say oh we have ordered them but they haven’t come in, the day after us the same. They got my prescription on Tuesday and have said hopefully we might have them by 5.00 tomorrow. This is totally unacceptable as they are inhalers for my acute asthma and I’m due to run out on Sunday, so how much longer am I supposed to wait.

    I have visited Tesco pharmacy on numerous occasions and have been dissatisfied every time. The recent occasion the staff was so rude, the waiting time for the Perscription was a longer wait than the doctor’s appointment. Only to be told they didn’t have some of the Perscription. A whole day was wasted that my daughter could have been taking her steroids for bites she had. What worries me is the lack of urgency, someone one day will go in and need urgent medication and they will be dealt with by the uncaring, unhelpful and extremely rude staff, and they could go without their medication, which could end worryingly. I understand they are busy but they should be more caring and more understanding. This needs to be addressed as if you look at reviews on google they all read the same.
