   The on duty pharmacist, just before closing on a Saturday, managed to source my emergency insulin prescription (refill cracked on weekend away) when the first 111 options hadn't been able to help. Thanks again.

   I dislike leaving a negative review but I wonder if there is a change of staff/ pharmacist. Usually very efficient and friendly but I was disappointed recently with the attitude which I felt bordered on rudeness. Also, can’t seem to book a flu jab at the pharmacy. Hopefully just a glitch.
