They've had my latest repeat prescription for about 3wks now and still haven't managed to get it all together! It's been up to me to have to keep chasing them about it and then they're just rude. They definitely need a better system and some friendly/helpful staff.

Every time I try to get something from here the service is exceptionly slow and the staff who serve have little or no customer service skills.

I wanted order preciption and they told me to come here online to order it because it was taking up there time? But they had other workers and isn't it there job to do so? And what about elders who don't understand technology to order online? In person is easier and when I tryed to look on NHS I couldn't find a order option? Or am I blind or stupid?? I also help my mum to get prescription what if she need it can't struggle online to order something than asking the pharmacy them selfs
