   I went in with a script from another pharmacy to understand whether they had any in stock. For context, these were eye drops for my 11 month old who is struggling with conjunctivitis and I was trying to get his medication. I went in before opening hours in the hope to just have a conversation and understand whether I could return upon opening to sort out the prescription. The idea being that if the staff member could inform me whether there was stock then I wouldn't have to ring around other pharmacies. I was met with absolute disdain in even asking her to help another person out. I understand they were busy and that it was slightly before opening, but all I wanted to know was whether they had the eye drops in stock. With a huff, she stomped over took a look at the script and in under one second just said "no" and walked off. Absolutely disgusting service. It takes 1 minute to run a check on something for another person in need. I wasn't asking to add to her workload or asking her to run a script, just to let me know whether I need to continue to find this medicine.
