The Pharmasists are always on the go always dealing with Custermours who are waiting at the window always pleasant and very quick to oblige Have found no reason ,to date , to have to complain about their good service that is why I always go there !!!

I went today to collect an acute prescription. I was then pulled aside by the member of staff dispensing my prescription. For him to say he had heard my conversation with my husband about how my prescription should have been ready Tuesday and he wanted to explain the pressures they are under. As someone who works in healthcare I can completely understand this however there was no need to pull me aside to discuss part of the conversation he heard between myself and my husband. I havnt complained before when every month my prescription was wrong on collection I just changed pharmacy's to an online service. Safe to say after today I will never be going back
