   I am trying to have a prescription diverted to where I am staying. The doctor arranged for it to be sent on to Tolworth Boots who haven’t received it. Trying to phone Tesco Pharmacy Earls Court it rings until it cuts out. The website you are directed to for pharmacy doesn’t mention pharmacy at all. How am I meant to get this prescription redirected? Very poor communication. Yvonne Halliday
