111 service said they were sending a prescription to Tring Rd Tesco Pharmacy (nominated pharmacy) yesterday (Sunday 17th March), called the pharmacy phone number at least 20 times, even checked with the Tesco store it was the correct number, not once did they answer, this morning (Monday 18th March), queued up for 25 minutes to find they had received the prescription & made it up but failed to send a text message confirming it was ready for collection, excellent face to face service but need to step up with answering the phone & sending out text messages.

Trying to book flu jab on this site , phoned but unfortunately cut off , but girl did say go on line . Spent most of morning on line , got absolutely nowhere. Was easier to pop in and ask at counter.
