The pharmacy no longer seems to message you when your prescription is ready yet when you visit they ask have you received a notification!? They then proceed to actually find my prescription. I asked for a further item that they did not have after 10 days of waiting for the item, which by now I was in great need of. They said try our other pharmacy but refused to check with them and instead after me requesting the phone handed me the number. After visiting the other pharmacy, who of course did not have the item but told me check other Bedford pharmacies. Jansens Pharmacy checked for the availability of the item and facilitated collection of the item for the next day. That's what customer service looks like.

Went to collect a prescription, six people in the queue, very slow and rude staff. When I got to the desk I was bluntly told to wait half an hour, even though the prescription was ordered three days earlier. The staff were chatting on their phones and behaving unprofessionally. Tesco must earn a fortune from the sick, yet behave like we should be grateful for this abysmal service.
