   Closed apparently due to staff shortages although staff present. I went to collect an important prescription for a relative that was ready and checked yesterday (when I couldn't get in to collect it) but they weren't able to let me have it because they didn't have the staff. When I said it was important the staff member just pointed to the notice on the desk. She really couldn't have cared less. In a small private pharmacy lack of staff can't be helped, but Tesco is a huge chain and to prevent patients accessing already made up and checked prescriptions is not ok, at that point it isn't possible to get them elsewhere. One or two of the staff there are quite pleasant but several are grumpy and need a bit of empathy for the customers that are relying on them. If this was the first time I'd had an issue it would be different but it isn't, I'm reluctant to complain though because I, like many other people, are reliant on them.
