Been using this pharmacy for years to have my prescriptions sent direct from the doctor. In the past 12 months no matter what day or time of day I arrive there is always a long queue. Typically i wait for about 30 minutes in the queue and typically only one staff member behind the counter. Last two occassions after queueing all that time I was told sharply my presciption wasnt ready even though I had waited longer than the requested 3 days. Today I was told they had changed their policy to 7 days but admitted they were only informing people after they had turned up to collect and after they had queued (todays queue was 50 minutes). Its shocked me as I dont have any medication now and no way of coming back to this pharmacy for another 3 or 4 days. I travelled to this pharmacy and waited nearly an hour to be turned away. I will never use this pharmacy again.

I am call to Tesco Pharmacy to request for one of my resident for which the prescription was send, but it is been 2 days, no body picking up my call to assist me which is very disappointing.
