   Gp sent prescription 3 weeks ago, no text message received advising its ready to collect. Typically this means its not ready. Unable to contact pharmacy to check on status as they do not answer the phone, regardless of the time or day you call. If you call multiple times they take the phone of the hook. Shocking service!
