Quality in this pharmacy has dropped, they never answer the phones, I am lucky if I get a text to confirm my prescription has been completed, so I then have to go in to confirm they have received it because of this, sometimes they aren't able to get hold of something and haven't bothered to contact me, other times they have started doing the prescription but say they haven't received it. Very inconsistant.

I'm fortunate enough not to have to visit the pharmacy too often but when I do the experience is nothing short of awful. The staff always appear to be put out when you tell them you're there for a prescription. Please can staff training be given, I think you may have staff that don't realise what their job actually entails. I'm always asked if I've received a text and if I did receive these each time I have a prescription I could understand their frustration to a limit. What happened to just going to a pharmacy and expecting to receive what your doctor has prescribed without it feeling like another ordeal in already sensitive circumstances when you're obviously unwell?
