    I came in to pick up my medication one of which was needed has i had run out.On picking up my medication I found out one item had been missed by the surgery. Rather than saying there is nothing they can do the pharmacy was able to help me obtain an emergency prescription and supplied me with the medication on time. This was despite it being a busy period when the team where dealing with other patients.They where very helpful and there was no degree of the workload affecting how they where treating each patient.

    I had been to my usual Well pharmacy to get my prescription only to find out they had no stock. I decided to try Tesco has I was shopping there and was happy when told they had the stock and the wait would not be long. Therefore was able to get a few bits and pick up my medication.I think I may consider changing .

    Needed urgent prescription sent over from Drs, rang twice to see if prescription had been received before setting off on my Journey, no answer both times, medication is urgent for elderly lady, so will have to set off on Journey hoping Tesco Pharmacy as received online prescription. Maybe have a call system installed if busy
