    Shambolic excuse for a pharmacy. Every repeat order requires at least two trips, which is difficult for a lot of us. They very rarely have the meds you need in stock. They will bag and hand you an incomplete order, then claim that all of your prescriptions “show dispensed”. If you tell them that your prescriptions are not all in the bag, they’ll insist it is you who is making a mistake. In one case, this was for a controlled medication. I’ve had at least three dosing errors in the past year. No one is in charge, they simply don’t ever answer their telephone, queues are often over an hour, and there is no way to reach them, short of marching into the store and queuing for a long time (on Saturday, 10 May, queued for 90 minutes, was sidelined by staff as “other people need to speak to the pharmacist”), and then ignored, and finally gave up. They still owe me three essential medications, and I don’t expect I’ll ever get them.

    Repeatedly do not have items that have been sent. Repeatedly told the wrong information. Repeatedly told they will call when they have items but don’t. Repeatedly do not answer the telephone. Staff are unhelpful, provide incorrect information and try to cover up mistakes with lies. Latest item was a special order product and sent by doctor electronically. I gave them 5 working days and when I requested the script, that was when they actually ordered it. Staff advised “it’s only been ordered today” despite recieving it 7 days (5 working days) earlier. Took my number but never called. When I went to see “just in case” they had it, staff member was incredibly unhelpful and rude and I had to explain situation twice. Then advised that they did have it and would dispense. However this is just the most recent experience. I have had multiple poor experiences and would rather collect my script from any other local pharmacy, but unfortunately this one was sent in error to Tesco. They are not patient focussed. They do not provide options or discussion with the patient. They are disinterested and want you away as soon as possible. The time prior to this, the staff member walked away from the desk for 10mins without it saying a word to me. Needless to say the queue built up and when she returned they didn’t have the medication! Avoid.

    Phoned the pharmacy 12 times until someone answered and they said “good morning how can i help you” They then hung up on me. I phoned them back another 8 times and the phone was not answered. I needed to check there stock of my medication as am out of it and 4 other pharmacies in my area have not got it. I cannot travel very far with my condition and am in excruciating pain, unanswered calls etc are crucial to everyones well being and more than helpful the calls can be life saving remedies for people in my situation!
