   i ordered my prescription via their website online as i have done. recently they changed the layout of the website making it even more difficult to use. i went to colloect prescription and they said Doctor's surgery hadn't sent it. i went to doctor's surgery and they said the pharmacy hadn't sent it to them. and they couln't give me any medication to tide me over. i have been a long time customer and won't be using them again. get your act together.
