Switched to Taylors a couple of years ago due to slow, lacksadaisical and unfriendly service at my previous (much nearer to home) pharmacy. Taylors staff are nice, approachable people and they have consistently provided speedy, efficient and friendly service to both me and my wife.

Staff are wonderful. Always very polite, helpful and friendly Pharmacist assisted me with 911 repeat prescription as my surgery had failed to authorise without any fuss. Was very grateful for their assistance and can do attitude 10/10

I can't tell you how helpful this pharmacy have been today (and every other day). I tried to collect a 111 prescription for my sister which was not possible due to the type of medicine. I was advised to speak to GP and left. Unexpectedly, however the pharmacist went above and beyond and sorted it all directly with the GP in a separate town, phoned me twice to keep me updated and within the hour had the prescription raised and sent over and made up and ready. Simply outstanding! This isn't the first time they have been amazing, previously I went with a 111 prescription which was again dealt with super efficiently and while I was there I was given a blood pressure check. I highly recommend you!

They were able to both fulfil my prescription and provide helpful advice , including an important BP test. Staff were very pleasant and efficient. Overall experience excellent.
