   After a lengthy process on 111 i eventually spoke to a Doctor who sent my emergency prescription over to Taylors chemist as he thought it was open till 4pm on a Saturday. When I arrived at 1:15 I was informed they close at 1oclock and to come back Monday. So now I have to go through the whole process of 111 an wait to be contacted. Not what I need when am feeling poorly.
