After a lengthy process on 111 i eventually spoke to a Doctor who sent my emergency prescription over to Taylors chemist as he thought it was open till 4pm on a Saturday. When I arrived at 1:15 I was informed they close at 1oclock and to come back Monday. So now I have to go through the whole process of 111 an wait to be contacted. Not what I need when am feeling poorly.

Felt dreadful at 4am. Phoned 111 and the paramedic thought the cough and sore throat might be a virus. Suggested I get Taylor's Pharmacy to check my tonsils and recommended their thorough practice. I took a Covid test after that phone call and my husband and I both tested positive. About 1 hour later Taylor's phoned to check how I was and, when I said we both have Covid so would not be going to the shop, they offered to deliver any throat medicines straight away. I am so impressed and see why 111 recommended them.
