I ordered my sons prescription and gave them a week to get the item in stock rang them before I went in to make sure it was ready for the pharmacist or owner who ever he was come on the phone shouting saying we can’t get it and I’m too busy to let anyone know if I can get it in stock or not. They didn’t even contact the gp for an alternative so I had to do this myself but like most people without there repeat prescriptions they can get poorly. I will never use this pharmacy for my little boy again.

Prescriptions ordered online from Surgery Website. 5 working days later went to pick up but the Pharmacist had not received the prescriptions as the Doctors had not signed the form. They helped me and told me to 'phone the Surgery. After being number one in the queue for half an hour finally got the prescriptions printed, signed & sent. Picked up 4 of the 5 items, one out of stock but the Pharmacist arranged an alternative. Kind & helpful. There are lots of drugs out of stock & hard to get at present.

After trying to obtain a certain type of travel sickness medication, which is now in very short supply, I called in at Tadcaster Pharmacy in case they had any in stock (unfortunately they did not). The lady I spoke to suggested alternative "over the counter" treatments and also rang the pharmacist to make sure that I was being given the best possible advice as to which type of medication would help. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

Wether my prescription has been there 2 weeks, 2 days or 2 hours, the staff can never find it, always spend at least 10 minutes looking for it like lost sheep for the (a lot of the time) to tell you it's not ready yet! There's about 20 staff in the place!!
