   Called at 10am today asking if my father in laws medication was ready. Got told they would get it ready to collect any time after 3pm. Arrived at 4pm and after 5 minutes waiting got asked to go and wait in my car as it hadn't been prepared. It is now 4.35pm and having been back in to prompt we still haven't had the medication we were told would be ready at 3pm. This is not the first time.
