   I came into the chemist with a specific query. I was waiting at the counter for several minutes. Not one member of staff came up to serve me or enquire as to what I wanted help with. I could also hear staff having private conversations unrelated to the workplace. I felt I had to leave because there was no guarantee at all when I would have got any service
