I needed antibiotics following diagnosis of a debilitating urine infection in late pregnancy whilst on holiday and 200 miles away from home. My husband and I tried other pharmacies who did not have the prescription available / did not pick up the ‘phone, but Swan Pharmacy took our call immediately, ensured the antibiotics were available and filled the private prescription at cost - a huge thank you to Swan Pharmacy for being so kind, professional and responsive at such a stressful time.

Desperate to check if my prescription was ready I rang for 6 hours and no one answered the phone. I couldn’t get to the pharmacy so was relying on someone else who was having to arrange care for their children to go pick it up for me. To avoid a needless journey at Christmas the least they could have done was pick up the phone. Needless to say I didn’t get my essential medication because then no one was available and couldn’t even arrange a taxi to collect it. Thank you so much Swan Pharmacy. You outdid yourselves this time!

First time I come to this pharmacy and the service was so fast, very friendly staff as well, will for sure come back next time I need meds or even some pharmacy advise!!

Well done to this pharmacy team who is always happy and ready to help. Never had a problem with this pharmacy and i've been coming here for years and years.

I went into the pharmacy today to collect my prescription, which I had forgot to order, the pharmacy where so helpful and told me exactly what I needed to do. I went to the dispensary who spoke to the pharmacy and they did the prescription right away. I could not be more greatful

Lovely staff, always very happy to help. Doctor made a mistake on my prescription and the staff went above and beyond to get it sorted. I'm always very well served by them all, this is by far one of the best pharmacies I have been!!

In 2022 I was suffering with a sinus complaint. After consulting with the Swan pharmacy, I was able to solve my problem with the use of Pirinase. Advice was same day and prescription available at a fair price. Thank you Swan Pharmacy Bury St Edmunds.
