Today I had a really amazing experience with my local Swan Pharmacy in Cheshunt. The whole team is always very efficient, friendly, and helpful. They are working really professionally and fast. Today I especially was so pleased with the professionalism of the main Pharmacist, he was so helpful, professional and hight knowledgeable, his advices helped a lot. Thanks for the truly excellent care! I would love to recommend this pharmacy to everyone in Cheshunt community and will continue using their excellent service.

I have been using Swan Pharmacy for 34 years now. I have always received excellent customer care from all of their staff. I have recently been seeing a Cardiologist Surgeon and after many tests I was told to monitor my heart at home, before my next scan. And if any of the problems returned I should see my GP immediately. Unfortunately, they did return on a weekend when my doctors were closed, So, I went to Swam Pharmacy. I was in an emotional state and extremely worried. I asked to speak to someone, although they were very busy, the gentleman in charge left what he was doing and came over to speak to me. He took me to one side and I told him my concerns. He new exactly what my concerns were and how they would affect my body. He explained everything that was happening to me in simple terms. He knew the medication I was on. He then told me not to worry at all, although he did advise me to see my GP and tell her what was happening, On leaving the Pharmacy I felt a completely different person, I was relaxed and calm. It made me quite emotional to think that this man found the time to help me in such a highly professional way. I cannot thank him and the rest of his team enough for their kindness and help. On this occasion they went above and beyond their duty. I would advise anyone to visit Swan Pharmacy, they are always extremely helpful and kind. I very much hope that they shall be there to help and others for many more years too come. Well done and thankyou again. ,
