   Some guy called me after more than 12 hours of time my surgery refer me to this pharmacy ! And he said don’t come during 1 to 2 as I am going on lunch break , seriously! I told him that I get only free time during this hour could you accommodate? He refused and behaves very rude and hung up on me , worst behaviour with patients I want NHS to Take action on them , what patients will do if they all go on lunch time at once ?
