Took an hour to be served at the pharmacy. There was only 1 pharmacist and it somehow took him an hour to serve 3 people. Terrible customer service, will never be ordering from the northampton superdrug pharmacy again

A prescription submitted 10 days ago and despite being told it was ready to collect, on arrival they couldn't find it. 20mins later they come back to say they don't have the item in stock and I can wait more days for them to order some, though 'why did your dr prescribe this one as its not normal'. In the 10 days they could have already done this surely? I was then told they could give me a similar brand at half the volume, pay the charges and then come back later for the rest paying more charges. 2 charges for the one item because they waited so long to order the item. I then witnessed them being rude and obnoxious to a lady who was explaining the spelling of her name. If you ask her to spell it and then dont listen, instead talk to someone else that is a you issue. Dont belittle her again.
