I went into the pharmacy regarding a female contraception product. Upon stating what I wanted she exclaimed “you can’t just buy this, you need to be consulted” this made me feel very on edge infront of other customers. She took me into this box where she did not give me the option of a more affordable product, she sold me the premium. The pharmacist had her AirPods in and was highly unprofessional arguing with staff infront of customers. As someone who is in training within the medical profession, I found this very alarming and would be suprised if this would be allowed in the hospital setting.
