    The team from ordering, to collecting, all phone calls and queries (including after care) are first rate. I had to switch following the closure of my Lloyd's chemist, but this firm is exemplary

    Keeps saying GP hasn’t issued a prescription when they have. Long waits before and after being served, staff polite but unhelpful, and unwilling to admit that issues are on their end of the prescription issue.

    Previously this pharmacy was great but since staffing changes have happened it's a nightmare getting meds from here. They miss entire prescriptions even if I ask them if that specific med is in the bag just given to me. On a good day it will take 30 mins on a bad day you could be in there for over an hour.

    Waiting times for the prescription are extremely long, got to wait one week every time I need to get one from this pharmacy. Today I’ve been queuing so long, it was 17.20 and the pharmacists were taking so long, which it seemed on purpose. When a lady and I reached the till, we’ve been told that it was too late and we’ve been asked to come back the next day. I told them that they could advise us before instead of being there in the queue for so long, and also that we were on time when we walked in the store. They started rushing to close. I told them that they had my prescription from days already and again apparently they didn’t have it in the store. They asked me for my NHS number because they said that was the only way to track my prescription, and I told them that I needed to phone my GP to find it out and that it would take 2 minutes. After ringing my GP, who confirmed that my prescription was sent to the pharmacy, the pharmacist kept saying that it wasn’t there, while she was holding her back in order to leave. I also showed them my NHS number but they kept saying that it was too late and they couldn’t find anything in the system. Also when I told them that I was about to ring my GP they advice me not to. They advised it was too late and the practice would be closed. When they didn’t even know what my GP practice is. The pharmacist just didn’t care at all about me. She looked like she just wanted to go home. They told me that they were going to deal with my GP practice in the morning and when I spoke with my GP practice they also were concerned about their way of dealing with NHS patients. This happens almost everytime. Once I went there for a blood pressure test and after I took my top off, the doctor told me that the machine’s battery died and they had no other ones. They are located in a shopping center and there are plenty of shops next door that they sell batteries. I even suggested to get some new batteries myself for them. The pharmacist instead he kept saying there was nothing they could do. But why he didn’t test it before letting me taking my top off? This is so unprofessional. Everything in that place is so unprofessional. In both occasions, I asked for their names for a complaint but they refused. The customer service is very disappointing. They never have the right prescriptions, they are rude and they are helpless.
