It's so refreshing to see this pharmacy is no longer under Lloyds and there has already been a big improvement in the little time the new owners have managed it. The shop is now looking almost fully restocked and tidy, my prescription was done and ready for collection up arrival when I put my repeat in just 4 days ago at Stokewood and I was informed via a handy text message that my prescription was ready to collect. The counter staff lady was very polite and was assisting an elderly lady in front of me in the que who was confused with medication but she did not rush her and took her time to explain her situation clearly which I really appreciated seeing. Certainly will be coming back for my repeats and I hope many others do return.
