   I recently switched to Statwicks Pharmacy, South Harrow when the local branch of Boots was closed down at the end of February 2024. When collecting prescriptions at Boots I was asked my name & date of birth to find the prescription and then was asked my address before being given the prescription. At Stratwicks I am also asked my name and date of birth to find the prescription but before handing it over, on every occasion, the counter assistant reads my address out loud and I simply say "Yes". This procedure is less secure than at Boots.
