I have used this chemist for years. Over the past year they have become less enthusiastic about the care they offer. Even though my repeat prescription now state the brands I can tolerate, they clearly don't take notice of medication that are flagged on their system or stated on repeat prescription. They just include any alternative medication and expect me to take it. Which I have now refused because of the serious side I will have taking their alternative medication. What is the point of speaking to the pharmacist whose claimed it flagged on the system. My GP has noted my issues on my repeat prescription. Bottom line is they can't be bothered anymore. Sad to say!!

Been backwards and forwards all week between doctors and chemist. Doctors saying the submitted the repeat prescription and strachans saying they haven't got it. Phoned this morning and it magically appeared. Sais it would be ready to pick up. Went down a couple of hours later, haven't got the medication in stock and said to call in after 5pm. My husband called in after 5pm on way home from work and they said they still didn't have it! Only got one tablet left now and going on holiday Thursday. They said to phone about 12 tomorrow and it should be in. Not got great faith that it will be! This has not helped my condition as the medication is for anxiety and depression. Not helpful at all! This has been the 3rd time there has been a mix up with this chemist in 3 months.

Been left waiting now 3 days for my medications. Expecting it tomorrow but not holding my breath. Always issues with prescriptions and I’m fed up having to phone to chase things up. It’s not right to expect customers to just suddenly have the medications they take (for a reason!), stopped. Surely they can appreciate that this is never good practice.
