    Stourbridge pharmacy are offering a walk in service for Patients to have Covid vaccination. Today I took advantage of this service . There were no other people waiting in the shop and the pharmacist immediately paid attention to my request . He thoroughly compared my answers to his questions against the information held on me on my records . The inoculation was relatively painless and carried out carefully and pleasantly. A trouble free , easy access , no prior booking , way of making sure that your vaccinations are kept up to date . Thank you Stourbridge pharmacy .

    My husband and I both ordered our repeat prescriptions a week ago yesterday and still haven't received our vital medication. We made a special journey to the Pharmacy yesterday morning to be told that our order was out for delivery. We are still waiting 24 hours later. Their telephone isn't being answered. My diabetic husband had now gone 2 days without one of his tablets and I am going to run out of all my medication on Sunday. All very worrying and stressful! We really don't know where to turn now.

    This pharmacy has either had the phone left off the hook or there is a problem with their line. I have tried all this week for a repeat prescription. I phoned on Monday and was asked to ring back, at 10.10 am as she was on her own. I was unable to do so despite trying regularly and a concerned friend also trying. The Doctors knew nothing about it but the very helpful young man on reception I spoke to, at Lion Health, helped me apply on line. I will soon run out of my tablets and also will finish my inhalers. Needless to say the service delivery, either Tuesday or Thursday has not happened. This is a real shame because the service has run like clockwork recently and the Pharmacist has been very helpful.
