Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered (and I’ve worked in the nhs for years). Standards fall way short of acceptable, communication is poor and the attitude is “couldn’t care less”. Needs new management desperately.

This joke of a pharmacy is diabolical ,they get nothing right ,the only 2 people that can speak English are about 12 years old and have the social skills of 2 American dung beetles , this place needs taking over by people that can hold a conversation and be helpful instead of a group of people wondering around trying there hardest to look like they are doing something when really they havnt a clue they move from one computer to a box flick through that then onto another computer and another box repeat and repeat again ,if enough people make complaints maybe stotfold and it’s residents will get a chemist that works for everyone.

whilst i tried to order my evra patches prescription last week, the system said i couldnt order until september. I contacted medicine managment who couldnt understand what had happened as I had no patches! They sent through an urgent prescription to stotfold pharmacy, they recieved this on 28th July with 2 items on, was notified to leave it 24 hours before collecting. I went to collect today and was informed there wasnt any patches in stock, bearing im now a week behind putting my patch on! But because there was 2 items on the prescription ( a token prescription) no other pharmacy could accept this! This all happened at 6:30pm when i finished work! I am now a week past my patches and is going to mess my body up! please mark on my records for future contraception to be prescribed separatly on its own prescription!!!! This is not the first tile this has happened!!!

I went to collect a prescription that I usually get on repeat and needed pretty urgently. I was told that my last prescription was the last in the batch so I need to contact the surgery for another one. I said "No one told me that the last one was the final one in the batch and I need it urgently" to which the man serving winked at me and said "I'm telling you now". I found this quite uncomfortable and patronising and I feel I should've been told upon collection of the previous prescription, not on the day I came to collect the new one! It's not professional to wink at a stressed customer who's worried she won't receive her medication on time!
