This was my first time using this pharmacy (11/5/25), because it was out of hours. I spent 4 hours trying to arrange an emergency prescription and kept hitting problem after problem, including a bizarre experience with the out of hours GP. The locum was great. He helped me navigate the Byzantine bureaucracy one painful step at a time. I would recommend this pharmacy based on my experience today.

Unprofessional staff, could hear them talking about me and didnt make me feel very nice when it was a difficult thing to come in with in the first place. Unfortunately these pharmacists move around others in the area. will not be going in to ask anything if they are in.

This is not the first time I have had items missing from my prescription, every single time I have to check the contents before I leave and very often an item is missing. This time there was only one months supply instead of two, the girls comment when I checked was 'Well it was all checked off' as if I had magically made a box of tablets disappear in front of her. I've given them numerous repeat chances as they are close and convenient but I'm sick of having to complain about the poor service and missing items. The staff were rude too. Never again.

I have my prescription delivered to my door every month, I order online from my GP and my prescription is delivered usually the next day. Friendly and efficient service.
