This was the only pharmacy still “open” after I’d finished work in my area in a scenario where I had to ring 111 to order an emergency prescription inhaler. Arranged for this to be collected here. Open til 7 they told me on the phone, brilliant, I’m 5 minutes away and it’s only half 6. I get to the pharmacy and the shutters are down. I guess breathing normally will have to wait until tomorrow morning if they acknowledge those opening hours!

Local chemist. All the staff are really nice and helpful Always have my prescription ready when I go to pick it up Can’t fault the place

Went. This morning. To. Chemist. To get my husband. Medincine. Gp said was ready. Yesterday. This morning ready for collection. This morning went in. Got told pharmacy. Was stuck in traffic. Ask to get delivered. Said. No. Got evidence of gp. Backing me up

The staff here are always polite and friendly. When my GP made a mistake and sent my daughters prescription to the wrong pharmacy, the staff at Stone where brilliant helping me sort it, and they dispensed the prescription as soon as it came through to them. Saved me a trip to the other side of town and my daughter didn't have to wait for her medication.

Was told the driver couldn't deliver medication as new gates that are unlocked have been installed. Driver couldn't turn a handle and push it open. You can't make this stuff up. Deliveries of medication are really inconsistent. No apology just come collect them because my driver cant open a gate!. Doctor that can't comprehend why people have meds delivered. I can collect them was the response. If it was possible for collection they would of been already. Disgusting attitude. Argumentative instead of apologetic. Disgusting.

Never got the full prescription on the first visit. Was told that they didn't have my last prescription at all and told me as it's jubilee week it would be Saturday. Phones for it this morning to be told we don't have delivery's on a Saturday. Absolutely need to sort themselves out when it's someone's health there messing with.
