I have not had any negative experience with this pharmacy so far, today I was very pleased with the staff attitude and friendly nature. A prescription of mine was lost online as my Gp had not nominated a pharmacy for me but the staff was great and took some time out of her busy day to actively look for it and find it. Very very helpful and kind.

I've often heard customers complaining in this pharmacy because their supposedly sent prescriptions haven't arrived there as expected and I've always felt sympathy for the staff. Well, today it was my turn. I went in to collect a repeat prescription on 28th July as instructed by staff when the last lot of tablets were collected. I was told that they had received the prescription but it wasn't made up yet. Did I want to wait or go back? I said no problem I'd call back today, 31st July. Problem is today they haven't had the prescription and it doesnt exist!! Someone needs to sort this place out and make sure it's correctly and competently run. I've been in 3 times recently when I couldn't collect made up prescriptions or hand in a prescription because there was no pharmacist that day. Why not? I've never complained but this place is not patient focused. Patients with mobilily issues, respiratory issues, or who just feel ill or weak don't need the added stress of arguing over where their much needed medication is. They need competent, knowledgeable and organised help. Oh and it might help if they actually knew how to use the computers they are working with and where made up prescriptions are stored.
